Our Carers Relief Service supports adults with learning disabilities and/or autism, with flexible, varied support that is led entirely by each individual and their carer. No two people are the same, so no two support plans are either. We take the time to get to know each person, what they enjoy, what they want to work towards, and how we can help them thrive.
We help people to:
Gain independence and life skills
Make new friends and build confidence
Give their carers a well-earned break, with respite they can rely on
How we can support you
We support people in whatever way works best for them. That might be at home, with a sit-in service, activities, nutritious meals and help with the shopping. It might be out in the community, joining in with activities and hobbies, group trips and events, and support at personal or medical appointments. Or it might be at our social hubs and groups, discos and club nights. Whether it is a regular sit-in service, a helping hand to get out and about, or a lively night out with friends, our team is here to make it happen.
Wellbeing 2 You

Our Wellbeing 2 You service offers one-to-one support for older people in Faversham and Sittingbourne, shaped entirely around your interests and needs, whether at home or out in the local community. It is a truly bespoke service, built around you and the things that matter to you, so you can carry on enjoying life your way.
Our fully trained and vetted team can help with:
A trip to the shops or a helping hand with errands
Respite for carers, giving them a well-earned break
Companionship at home or out and about
A special day out somewhere you love
Meal Delivery Service
Faversham and Sittingbourne | Paid for service
Our Meal Delivery team brings a freshly cooked, nutritious two-course meal straight to your door, prepared by experienced kitchen staff using locally sourced ingredients. Every meal comes with a delicious dessert, and you can add a Snack Pack for later, a homemade sandwich, crisps, a sweet treat and fruit juice. We cater to all dietary requirements, serving traditional, wholesome meals that feel like a proper home-cooked dinner, with none of the effort.

Handy Van & Gardening

Our Handy Van and Gardening Service gives you a vetted, friendly handy person for those small jobs around the home and garden, so you can stay independent and keep your home just the way you like it. From a wobbly handrail to an overgrown path, we make it easy to get the little things sorted, without the worry of finding someone you can trust.
We can help with:
Fitting handrails and grab rails
Improving home security, such as key safes, door chains and window locks
Path and garden clearance
Small decorating jobs
Minor repairs
Garden maintenance
Social Hubs (Day Centres)
The Old Fire Station, Faversham | Paid for service | Transport available
Our Social Hubs are the place to enjoy a full day of good company, activities, entertainment and events, with refreshments and a freshly prepared two-course lunch. It is a warm, welcoming space to make friends, try something new and simply have a lovely day out.
A day with us includes:
Transport to and from the centre if required, subject to cost and availability
Hot drinks, refreshments and a freshly prepared two-course lunch
A variety of events, entertainment and activities
Accessible gardens to enjoy the fresh air or a spot of gardening
Nail-cutting, bathing and hairdressing services
Exercise and postural stability classes
