When the opportunity arose to take on the stunning, grade II listed building that is well-known to the local community as The Clarendon Royal Hotel, we jumped at the chance.
The Clarendon occupies a perfect location in Gravesend Town on the banks of the River Thames, the historic building is a treasured iconic landmark which holds a special place in the heart of locals. Age UK Kent Rivers are passionate about honouring the history and name of the building, and will continue to embody the heart of the Clarendon Royal Hotel as it transforms into a thriving community hub.
